La Stanza Segreta is a digital content platform for creators, restricted to an adult audience. Users purchase exclusively digital services: access to content (photos, videos, audio), interactive live streams, chat line audio/video conversations, subscriptions and exclusive content offered by creators.

The Platform allows legal and consensual adult content only, produced by and depicting exclusively consenting adults, in compliance with the applicable laws. The Platform is NOT a dating service, does NOT allow the sale of in-person sexual performances or services and does NOT permit selling or arranging in-person meetings. Every transaction concerns solely digital content and experiences enjoyed within the Platform.

Only legal and consensual adult content is allowed on the Platform. The following are absolutely prohibited:

• exploitation, grooming and any content involving minors;
• content published without the consent of the people depicted;
• prostitution, escort services and any in-person sexual service;
• selling or arranging in-person meetings;
• illegal content of any kind;
• extreme violence, self-harm, hate and discrimination.

Violating these rules leads to the immediate removal of the content and measures against the account, up to permanent closure. The policy is zero tolerance.

Moderation combines automated tools and human review:

• Preventive AI moderation — every photo and video uploaded is automatically analysed before publication; suspicious content is blocked and queued for review.
• Human review — the moderation team checks content flagged by the AI or by users and approves or removes every queued item.
• Contractual rules — the Terms of Service and the creator rulebook define in a binding way what may be published and monetised.

Every user can report content or accounts directly from the Platform:

• Content reports — from the menu (⋯) on every post you can submit a report stating the reason.
• User reports — you can report or block an account from its profile.
• Support channel — for urgent cases, the support chat and the Help Center are available.

Every report is recorded and reviewed by the administration team.

Reports are normally reviewed by the moderation team within 24–48 hours. Content blocked by automatic moderation is not visible to the public until an administrator approves it. In the most serious cases (illegal content) removal is immediate.

In case of rule violations, the Platform may apply, in a proportionate way:

• removal of the individual piece of content;
• a formal warning to the account;
• temporary suspension of the account (with publishing and earnings blocked);
• permanent closure of the account and of the contractual relationship.

Creators with a suspended or closed account cannot monetise. Decisions can be appealed by writing to support.

Before receiving any payment, every creator must complete identity verification through Stripe Connect Express: identity document, personal details and payout information are verified by Stripe according to its KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.

No creator can receive payouts without passing this verification. This ensures that behind every monetising account there is a real, adult, identified person.

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults (18+).

• Creators must be adults and their age is verified during onboarding with an identity document (Stripe Connect Express).
• Users declare that they are of legal age at registration.
• Users must comply with the regulations of their country of residence.

The Platform cooperates with the competent authorities: where illegal content or behaviour is found, we preserve the necessary evidence and make it available to the judicial authorities in accordance with the procedures established by law. Requests from the authorities can be addressed to the contacts indicated in the Terms of Service (Fairmont S.r.l.).
