Identity and age verification on La Stanza Segreta relies on professional third-party tools:

• Didit — user age verification (18+) through an identity document and biometric verification (selfie with liveness check), when enabled;
• document verification — identity documents are automatically analysed for authenticity and validity;
• Stripe Connect (KYC) — every monetising Creator completes an identity verification (document and personal details) according to Stripe's KYC standards before being able to receive any payment.

Documents are not stored by the platform: they remain with the verification providers, in compliance with the GDPR. The platform only receives the outcome of the verification.

The actual content moderation flow is as follows:

• every uploaded piece of content is automatically analysed immediately after upload by AI moderation systems;
• content may be published while it is undergoing automated review and the subsequent human review by the moderation team;
• content flagged by the automated systems as potentially non-compliant is disabled and queued for human review;
• illegal content is immediately disabled and removed, with evidence preserved for the competent authorities.

Moderation therefore combines automated checks and human review and operates both before and after publication: not all moderation is preventive.

Live broadcasts are subject to the platform's full control:

• the platform fully controls the live streams transmitted through its own infrastructure;
• administrators and moderators can immediately interrupt any ongoing live;
• they can suspend the accounts involved in violations;
• they can remove the associated content (recordings, covers, chat).

Lives that break the rules are terminated without notice and the account is subject to the measures provided for by the Creator Terms & Marketplace Agreement.

Every user can report content or accounts through the Report Content function (the ⋯ menu on every piece of content and on every profile) or by writing to report@lastanzasegreta.me. The procedure is as follows:

• Report — the report is recorded with its reason and references;
• Investigation — the moderation team reviews the content and, where necessary, requests documentation from the Creator;
• Temporary suspension — during the investigation the content may be disabled as a precaution and the account temporarily suspended;
• Removal — non-compliant content is permanently removed;
• Account termination — in serious or repeated cases the account is permanently closed.

Reports concerning the most serious categories (minors, human trafficking, non-consensual content) are handled through an urgent procedure.

Zero tolerance for human trafficking.

La Stanza Segreta prohibits and actively fights any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or grooming. Any content, account or behaviour connected to trafficking is immediately disabled, documented and reported to the competent authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement and with the bodies provided for by law, supplying all necessary evidence.

Zero tolerance for any content involving minors.

The platform is restricted exclusively to adults. Any content, real or simulated, involving minors results in immediate removal, permanent termination of the account and immediate reporting to the competent authorities, including the authorities specialised in fighting crimes against minors. Evidence is preserved and transmitted according to the procedures established by law.

Content that infringes intellectual property rights is not allowed. The removal procedure is as follows:

• the rights holder (or their representative) submits a request through the Content Removal Requests page or to report@lastanzasegreta.me, identifying the content, their ownership of the rights and the references of the protected work;
• the reported content may be immediately disabled as a precaution;
• the Creator is informed and may submit counter-documentation;
• if the infringement is confirmed, the content is permanently removed;
• repeated infringements lead to account termination (repeat infringer policy).
